2006 Huge Bear Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaker’s Tasting Notes: Straw color with a subtle green tinge. Complex tropical notes and orange blossom are emphasized in this wine with hints of white peach and mango followed by fresh citrus flavors of key lime and grapefruit.
Winemaking Techniques: The wine was tank fermented at cool temperature (59-62˚F) to preserve lively aromas and then racked to neutral French oak barrels toward the end of fermentation. The yeast lees were stirred during aging to add complexity.
